A Columbia, SC Real Estate Litigation Law Firm is seeking a Foreclosure Legal Assistant/ Paralegal
Qualifications:
-3 years of experience in a foreclosure law firm
-Case Management Software experience preferred
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Type 55
wpm
-Prior collection/foreclosure experience with title review and summons and complaint preparation
MUST HAVE foreclosure law firm experience
SC Notary Public
Experience with mortgage lender systems LPS, Lenstar and Vendorscape Preferred
