Seeking a Junior Level Personal Injury Attorney
Prominent South Carolina law firm seeks Junior Level Personal Injury focused Associate Attorneys with 2 to 3 years of experience to join its Columbia office. Candidates should have the following: 2-3 years experience in Personal Injury (experience will be current or very recent) ; Some experience with workers compensation and social security law; Experience in a law firm setting is a must.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina and in good standing with the SC Bar
Have J.D.
Proficient in Microsoft office
Computer Savvy
Desire and ability to speak to injured clients on a daily basis
Able to type 40wpm
Experience in personal injury law, workers compensation law and social security law preferred
Experience in legal case management software preferred
Proven record dealing compassionately with numerous clients on a daily basis
Have a successful record negotiating with insurance adjusters.
