Materials Manager
Manage Purchasing, Material Control and Customer Service activities. As well as inventory control and warehouse operations.
Manage buyers in quoting products and identify sourcing
Verify inventory levels are matching order requirements.
Develop cycle checking program for inventory accuracy
Schedule & maintain Aftermarket Kanban inventories
Direct day to day management of customer service operations
Verify customer service personnel are receiving, scheduling and shipping orders in a timely manner. In addition develop improvement programs to streamline the order entry and tracking processes.
Manage daily Raw, Work in Process, FG and MRO inventory.
Oversee and direct activities for material control regarding Engineering Change Release.
Manage the APD and Warehouse departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. 10 years of Material Management experience including supervisory and managerial employees. 5 years technical knowledge of PP&C management. 5 years experience or knowledge in Purchasing. Must be familiar with all traffic freight costs and able to Manage Inventory Turns
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
