In a consulting environment meet with client user and IT management to gather requirements and develop technical specifications pertaining to the development of health care insurance applications. Evaluate user requirements pertaining to applications to bring client into compliance with the Affordable Care Act and HIPAA specifically Medicaid IT Architecture (MITA) and Medical Enterprise Certification Toolkit (MECT) standards. Analyze client's existing applications and recommend improvements. Participate in the mapping-out of system dependencies. Prepare prototype to show client management and once accepted to guide developers. Monitor the full development cycle including analysis, design, development, testing and documentation of (front and back end) applications consistent with specifications and in accordance with development standards utilizing Agile and Waterfall (software development methodologies). Prepare test plans utilizing JIRA (a defect cycle management tool) to ensure applications are properly organized, reusable, scalable and maintainable. Participate in installation and support. Prepare artifacts to support CMS extended life cycle (XLC)(the means the client uses to ensure applications meet specific standards for functionality).
Requires a Master's Degree in Computer Science and 1 year of experience. In lieu of, will accept a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of progressive experience, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof. No less than a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and 5 years of progressive experience is acceptable.
Job Site: Columbia, SC 29212 & various unanticipated job sites within the U.S. Must be willing to travel to various job sites within the U.S.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
