Environmental/Utilities Associate Attorney
A Corporate law firm seeks a highly qualified Environmental/Utilities associate to join its Litigation Practice Group in its Columbia office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Two to five years' experience, demonstrated interest/experience with engineering or accounting matters
Litigation or regulatory experience is preferable.
Licensed to practice law South Carolina and in good standing
DAY TO DAY
Responsibilities:
Associate will work directly with a senior attorney in an established practice in energy law, utility rate regulation, and governmental matters.
The practice will involve public utility rate-making, nuclear construction and construction regulation, the regulation of solar and other distributed energy projects, utility contracts, and general local governmental work.
