ADVANCED MARKETING SOLUTIONS is focused on client/customer satisfaction, customer service, and customer acquisition. Due to our explosive growth, we are hiring and training individuals with customer service, business development, sales and marketing, and/or customer interaction experience. We specialize in professional in-person sales, customer retention, sales and marketing with several opportunities for career development here in the Columbia area.
We are currently interviewing for an Entry Level Client Ambassador to help with sales, account management, customer service, and events & promotions. This is not a B2B or call center position. This job involves in person sales and customer service to consumers inside a retail environment. All of our Entry Level employees are trained in the areas of customer interaction, sales & marketing, client communications, business development, and customer retention. Our training methods of client acquisitions and customer retention are proven to shape our employees into top professionals.
This position involves a compensation structure where a base pay is offered in addition to uncapped commissions which are based on individual performance. ADVANCED MARKETING SOLUTIONS believes in rewarding our highest performers with the highest compensation.
Job Requirements
We are interested in individuals who are hungry for a career opportunity. Those with little sales and marketing experience who want to grow in the customer acquisitions field are welcome to apply, as we offer fully paid training.
Recent or soon to be college graduates who have the related coursework and are ready to get their feet wet with an entry level position are also encouraged to apply.
Ideal candidates have a background in customer service, public speaking, communications, sales, business development, hospitality and restaurants, retail sales, and/or human resources.
