Summary:
The Leadership & Learning Program Manager is a key role within Palmetto Health's Leadership Institute and Employee Development group. This position will manage the identification, implementation, and evaluation of leadership learning and development initiatives necessary for the attainment of Palmetto Health's strategic priorities and objectives. A proven track record of program management in the area of leadership learning and development, from conception and design through to implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement is required.
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and direction for leadership development across the organization including capability building, competency models, talent reviews, individual and group assessments, learning curriculum and strategies in support of The Palmetto Health Experience culture.
Facilitates leadership courses and programs, 360 feedback and coaching processes; develops leader on-boarding programs, bench marking, and best practices.
Develops trainer development programs and coaches others involved in learning & development efforts.
Serves as a catalyst to maximize team member engagement and leadership alignment.
Conducts follow-up studies of completed learning to evaluate and measure results; modifies programs as needed.
Conducts skills/competency analyses within the current workforce; analyzes and provides solutions to re mediate competency gaps in support of The Palmetto Health Experience culture.
Consults with internal clients on system and work group organization development issues; develops appropriate learning interventions.
Owns, maintains, modifies, and creates, as necessary, the required data models for on-going reporting and analytics.
Required Education: Master's degree in Organization Development, I-O Psychology, or Organizational Behavior.
Required
Experience:
7-10 years of related and progressively responsible experience. Experience with Evidence Based Leadership desired. Proven experience in organizational change management and/or large-scale strategic human capital initiatives and a successful record of development of high potential leaders.
License, Registry, or Certification Required:
Coaching certification desired (graduation from ICF-certified coaching program). DDI Facilitator Certification desired.

Special Training:
Must have knowledge of current and emerging trends in leadership development and process improvement-including the use of technology. Must have knowledge of and experience in action learning. Must have solid consultative skills, ability to effectively facilitate groups, exceptional project/program management skills, and the ability to organize and execute within a matrix organization structure.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
