Real Estate Partner - Raleigh, NC Area (9001)
A solid law firm is seeking a real estate partner who is a creative problem solver.
Requirements:
o Partner licensed to practice law in North Carolina
o Experience in commercial real estate, commercial leasing, real estate finance, and land entitlements
o Must have a portable book of business
o Demonstrated success in developing new business and maintaining current relationships
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Assist with public/private partnerships and development and infrastructure agreements
o Support land development and institutional lender clients, as well as other clients regarding real estate, infrastructure and partnership matters
o Supervise junior attorneys, paralegals and staffEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
