Pile Buck/Rigger - $24/hr + $45/day & Housing
Journeyman Pile Buck/Riggers with at least 5 years experience needed for land and marine work in the Columbia, SC area. Duties to include working with Pile Driving Operators and rigging crews to complete a number of new pile driven foundations such as steel/sheet piling for temporary cofferdams, concrete sheet pile bulkheads/retaining walls, wharves/vessel handling piers and other pile driven foundations using various equipment. Types of equipment include Vertical Travel Systems, Hydraulic Air Impact Hammers, Hydraulic Press-In, Vibratory Driver/Extractor and more. Other duties to include loading/off-loading trucks, assisting with level surveying and setting up various pile templates; also cutting, burning and grinding with torch.
