General Description:
Responsible for increasing market share and delivering comp sales volume and profit targets as well as opening new Massage Envy distribution. Manage Account Executives, direct and coordinate the work of others in a strong team oriented, and cross functional manner. Works directly with Director, Massage Envy and Massage Envy Sales and Education Manager.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Accountable for delivering net shipment and profit targets for assigned region.
Ensure comp growth of minimum 5% within each territory.
Responsible for managing regions within assigned operating budgets.
Develop Massage Envy accounts and oversee the execution of all marketing, merchandising, education and sales initiatives.
Solidify partnerships with new Massage Envy franchisee owners and leadership.
Ensure successful sell in and execution of new product launches and promotions.
Provide input and feedback to marketing regarding promotional results, future needs, and competitive trends.
Responsible for communicating brand priorities to the account executives.
Develop strong relationships and establish credibility with key franchisee owners and regional developers at existing Massage Envy clinics.
Coordinate Massage Envy AE and Market Educators to develop education and event strategies to deliver net shipment and retail sales targets including revenue per facial metrics.
Establish and conduct regular market visits with Account Executives to develop talent, and mentor.
Hire, train and lead Account Executives and provide clear and consistent expectations of performance results.
Build a motivated, strong team.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
