Duties will include but not be limited to:
Developing system for monitoring reimbursement and workload throughout the medical center. Defining new information management requirements for accurate reporting. Designing and conducting a variety of reports and detailed analysis of findings. Developing strategies and recommendations for implementing long range and short-range plans. Preparing and presenting data outlining operating trends or major factors. Reviewing data with appropriate staff elements to improve/enhance reliability and determine potential policy revisions and reviews. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Schedule:

Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-13 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-12. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. Experience:
Experience that involves monitoring and coordinating medical center activities to optimize resource utilization; evaluating and advises management on the effectiveness and conducting studies related to efficiency and effectiveness of program operations; performing analytic and evaluative work to generate alternatives and make recommendations; participating in the development of monitors performance metrics used in evaluating the line program management; and initiating action to ensure the cost and schedule procedures and policies are current. Physical Requirements:
The work is primarily sedentary, although some slight physical effort may be required. Walking and sitting are common parts of the job. Driving to location in the community and neighboring cities and states are necessary on a routine basis. Occasional travel by flight is required. Some lifting of objects 50 pounds or less is required in community and medical center events. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
