This is a Title 5 National Guard Employee position description. This position is located within a National Guard unit. Its primary purpose is to provide administrative support and serve as the focal point for all administrative activities within the organization. Work requires a specialized knowledge of rules, regulations, and guidance relating to administrative assignments in various functional areas; and a knowledge of office automation software, practices and procedures. Experience:
Administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which demonstrates the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the position. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
To be rated qualified for this position your resume must show definitively at least 9 months experience in the following- Experience performing administrative work, gathering information, compiling data and preparing reports. Experience in the interpretation and application of regulations, procedures or law. Experience using oral and written communication.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
