GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST- TITLE 5
This is a Title 5 National Guard Employee position description. This position is located within a National Guard unit. Its primary purpose is to provide administrative support and serve as the focal point for all administrative activities within the organization. Work requires a specialized knowledge of rules, regulations, and guidance relating to administrative assignments in various functional areas; and a knowledge of office automation software, practices and procedures. Administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which demonstrates the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the position. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
To be rated qualified for this position your resume must show definitively at least 9 months experience in the following- Experience performing administrative work, gathering information, compiling data and preparing reports. Experience in the interpretation and application of regulations, procedures or law. Experience using oral and written communication.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
