This Artley 18-0 model flute with silver-plated finish is made by the Artley Company of Elkhart, Indiana. This is an excellent choice for students and this flute will last many years if properly cared for. I don't play flute, but I like old instruments. The pads look pretty good except it is missing one that I saw. They all might need to be replaced, I really don't know. Either way, I have priced it at a great price in case you need to replace them which isn't that hard from what I understand and you can buy a kit at Walmart for around $15 if you do need to replace them all. The case isn't the original case. It is in good shape on the inside, but the back has two tears in it and is pictured. It's also a little dusty and could use a clean up as does the flute. I have left it how I bought it, so it has patina and needs to be cleaned and shined. It has some dings and scratches, so zoom in on it. I tried to get pictures from all angles.
